Refund policy
Because our items are made to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing mistakes or change of mind. We always recommend double-checking our size guides before placing your order — and if you have any questions about sizing, fit, or anything else, don't hesitate to reach out to us at borahaecollective@gmail.com before you order. We're happy to help!
Product issues
That said, if something arrives wrong, we'll make it right. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days if any of the following apply:
- The item is damaged or defective
- There is a printing or embroidery error
- You received the wrong item or size
To start a claim, contact us at borahaecollective@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or size, contact us at borahaecollective@gmail.com and we'll sort it out — no need to send anything back first.
